We value our volunteers!
Whether they volunteer once for a couple of hours or volunteer regularly, we appreciate each person that volunteers! Volunteers help advocates AND survivors!
Direct Service Volunteers
Direct service volunteers receive training in order to work directly with survivors.
Direct service volunteer opportunities are limited due to the nature of our work and confidentiality. If you are interested in learning more, we’d love to talk to you!
Indirect Service Volunteers
Indirect service volunteers offer support without directly interacting with survivors.
Indirect service volunteers can help with a variety of things with the option of minimal commitment. Check out the list below for some examples!
Current Volunteer Opportunities
Seasonal Yardwork – Each season brings its own projects! This can include shoveling snow, raking leaves, mowing yards, gardening, etc.
Supply Drives – We are always looking for supplies! Donated supplies are used to support our shelter facilities and provide survivors with supplies to address their basic needs.
